~ Mythological meditation and or Goddess Healing Journey
~ Rachel's journey as an author where she shares her books, writing tips & processes etc. This can include a motivational talk and workshop on purpose & creativity or any of the book themes.
All of the workshops offered below can be delivered in-person or online e.g via Zoom.
For in-person events travel expenses are additional. Rachel will travel within Flintshire, Wrexham, Denbighshire and further afield in some cases.
Travel Expenses are paid per journey.
- Within a 20minute radius of the town of Mold, Flintshire are £15
- Within a 30minute radius £20
- Within a 40-60minute radius £40
On request, I can also offer a discount voucher to each participant, so they get 10% off any classes or workshops. Please mention this on booking.

Belly Dance

Rachel can offer various options to share the world of belly dance with your group.
Option 1: Introductory talk
~ What is belly dance? (Including introduction to music, styles, props and costume)
~ Rachel's background with belly dance (how did she discover belly dance and her inspirational journey since)
~ Plus additional belly dance performance x1

Option 2: Talk and Taster Class
~30 minutes belly dance basics dance class

~ Optional 20-30minutes talk about belly dance

The same prices and format can also be offered with a dance-healing or dance-meditation theme & practice.
Please note we only offer belly dancing for women only audiences.
We can also offer an additional hip scarf/shimmy belt at £5 per person
Polynesian Dance
Rachel can offer various options to share the world of Polynesian dance (the dances of Hawai'i and Tahiti, including the Hula) with your group.
Option 1: Introductory talk
~ What is Polynesian Dance? (Including an introduction to music, history, props, such as the LEI Lei and costume sharing)
~ Plus a dance performance x1

Option 2: Taster Class
~30 minutes Polynesian dance basics dance join in class
~ Plus additional performances x1
~ Plus an optional 20 -30minutes talk about Hawaii & Hula

We can also offer an additional Lei - Lei (flower necklace) at £4 per person
Flower Essences/ Guided Meditation
Rachel can offer various options to share Flower Essences with you and how they can support your health and well-being.

Option 2: Introductory talk & Meditation
~ Plus additional guided flower connection healing meditation.

Community rate: £70 Charity rate £60 + Travel expenses
120minutes (with extra mindful flower walk outdoors/longer meditation and 10ml bottle for each participant to take home max. 10 at this cost)
Community rate: £180 Charity rate: £150 + Travel expenses
Additional:
All of these options can also be offered for profit-making and corporate businesses. Please note that the rates for a corporate company or profit-making business is higher (please add + £100 to the community rate, for every option).
Please also message to discuss if you would like to book any of the above for sweet 16's, hen parties, women's gatherings or events. Hip scarfs, Lei-lei's or take-home flower essences can be included in your booking for an extra cost.
You must be a registered charity to apply for the charity rates and proof must be given of this.
Rachel in her 17 years of teaching and performance experience has offered workshops for the following: WI's, Women's guilds, Brownies, Rainbows and Guides, Flintshire County Council, Sports clubs, charity fete, village fairs, Mind, Body, Spirit Shows, Women's Wellness days, charity fundraising Gala's as well as in her professional performer capacity in restaurants, awards ceremonies, book launches and parties.
Rachel has a strict deposit, cancellation and health and safety policy which will be given on booking enquiry.
I send my invoices 2-3 weeks before the event and expect payment to be made before the date, unless otherwise discussed and agreed in writing)
